The magician shows a completely normal deck of cards. He then lets the spectator shuffle the cards and select one. The card is then lost in the deck.

At this point, the magician selects a random card from the deck and turns it face up in the middle of the deck.

He then snaps his fingers and the card in the middle of the deck changes into the selection. But that's not all! The magician then puts the selection in the middle and in a visual manner, all the cards turn the opposite way except for one... the spectator's chosen card.
