Since when does the company Tesmar Zauberartikel exist?
Tesmar Zauberartikel was founded back in 1987! Tesmar Stegmaier imported the first magic tricks from the USA to Germany while he was still at school. He was the first dealer ever to offer James George's now ubiquitous Invisible Thread Reel (ITR) in Germany. After rooms in the parents' house were first used for storage, a former small supermarket in Betzdorf in the Westerwald was rented shortly afterwards as the first large warehouse. After that, the company moved to Cologne into a large warehouse with offices in the middle of the city. Since 2006, the mail order business has been located in the metropolis of Berlin.
Do you have a retail store? Can I see tricks in advance? Can I pick up my order in person?
No, we are a mail order only company and do not have any showrooms. Collection and prior viewing of goods is not possible. No goods are stored in our office in Berlin.
How can I ask questions about tricks and the products offered?
If you have any questions about our products, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as possible. Please understand that we cannot reveal any trick secrets as they are part of the item price. Therefore we cannot answer questions like "How does trick XY work".
Do you supply German-language instructions for the products?
We deliver all trick instructions for the products, as well as magic books and DVDs, which are offered on this web page, exclusively in English language, if it is not expressly differently indicated.
Questions about the order
Is there a minimum order value?
No, we do not have a minimum order value, so any order, no matter how small, will be fulfilled.
When will I receive my order?
We usually ship the goods to you within a few days of receiving your order. If an article is not in stock and has to be purchased from abroad, the delivery time can be up to 14 or more working days. As a rule, however, we use much faster. Shipping time is added to the processing time. Therefore, please do not inquire until 7 business days after placing an order if an order has not arrived by then. You can always find out the current status of your order in your customer account on our website.
If one or more articles are currently not available, partial deliveries may be necessary. Goods that are currently not in stock will be automatically forwarded within 30 working days without any additional costs. If this is not possible because a product must first be newly manufactured by the manufacturer and there are longer delivery times, we will inform you.
Where can I see the status of my order?
Immediately after your order you will receive an order confirmation via the Dreamrobot software. There In your customer profile you can read the current status. You can also view the invoice, make a payment and send messages to us, for example, if you want to change your delivery address.

Which shipping company do you use?
We ship with DHL or Deutsche Post. We select the shipping company depending on the volume and weight. The goods will be sent either as an insured parcel or as a postal consignment.
Can I have deliveries made to DHL Packstations?
Deliveries to packing stations are possible.
How much are the shipping costs?
For shipping within Germany no shipping costs are charged up to and including 31.12.2020 and in the rest of the world from 11,- €.
Does Tesmar offer express shipping on magic items?
No, we do not offer express shipping in general, because the costs for DHL Express or UPS Express are often 100,- € and more for a small parcel.The effort we have to do to create express documents is also extremely high, so we do not offer this option.
What payment options are available?

Can I exchange tricks and other products resp. give it back?
If a product is faulty or defective, we will replace it. In this case, please contact us immediately after receipt of the goods, otherwise no replacement can be made.
DVDs, computer programs and products that contain a data carrier or download access/video stream are generally excluded from exchange as soon as the protective packaging has been opened or the product has been returned. the download/video stream has been viewed or downloaded. That is the provision of the law. The customer would otherwise have a so-called "pecuniary advantage" if, for example. watches a DVD or download first and then simply returns the goods. The legislature prevents that. It's similar to what you'd see in a motion picture: You also can't look at it first and then ask for your money back because you didn't like the content.
For all other tricks, spell books, accessories, etc. applies that a return is possible within one month. However, as trickery is a large component of the item price, we reserve the right to stop supplying customers if we believe that an order has only been placed in order to find out about a particular trickery secret and the goods are then returned. We share the names of customers who do this with other magic dealers, and protect ourselves and the art of magic from this practice.
